                             RESOLUTION NO.   21026 
                 
                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR OF
                  GENERAL SERVICES TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH
                  EUREKA FOUNDRY, FOR CUSTOM DESIGN AND
                  PRODUCTION OF 30 STREET LIGHTS FOR THE LOOKOUT
                  VALLEY INDUSTRIAL PARK, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of General 
Services
       be and is hereby authorized to enter into a contract with Eureka
       Foundry for custom design and production of 30 street lights for
       the Lookout Valley Industrial Park, in an amount not to exceed
       $39,000.00.
